**The role**:
oOh Media leads the Australian market in enabling brands to reach the illusive professional audience at scale. The strength of oOh Media’s long standing partnership with Qantas in Airport environments puts oOh in a leading position to capitalise on growth in the Enterprise sector, delivering exclusive reach to premium customers in high dwell airport environments including The Chairman’s Lounge, the most premium environment in Australia. This offering, coupled with reach in over 650 Office Towers in all major Australian CBDs, is a compelling proposition in the Australian market.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and tenacious Snr Account Manager to join our North Sydney team selling across this network. In this varied and exciting role, you will work with our Tier 1 Agencies across NSW and sell the breadth of the oOh Enterprise and University offering. This role would suit someone from a media background who thrives on building and maintaining strong partnerships, and enjoys strategic, upstream selling in the agency marketplace.

You’ll jump into a very warm seat with an existing client base who we have long-standing relationships with, and is a fantastic opportunity to work with reputable, established clients who engage with the biggest brands in Australia. You’ll provide seamless client services, generating sales growth and long term partnerships, and retaining and improve pre-existing relationships. You will also:

- Prospect, maintain and grow revenue-generating relationships with key Tier 1 media agencies
- Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process
- Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
- Collaborate with other Business Managers, internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market
- Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts

You’ll be based in our brand new North Sydney offices (including 5 star end-of-trip facilities, all across the road from the North Sydney train station)

**The Experience**:

- Ideally you’ll have 4+ years in Account Management function, prior media experience and be well connected in the industry You will also:

- Be a natural hunter with proven success in managing and expanding key accounts
- Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach
- An innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
- Have exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
