**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This position is suited to a mid-level technically orientated Experienced Architectural Graduate looking to gain valuable site experience and attend client meetings with your direct report, a company Director. This friendly and supportive company Director is highly reputable and established within his field and will provide one-on-one mentorship for you. You will assist on the technical documentation on the projects listed above. The projects will be challenging and complex in nature and you will learn great skills being guided by the Director. Their pipeline of projects is strong and secured for many years ahead. You will also receive support for Registration, if desired.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Detailed documentation on a variety of challenging projects
- Assist with addressing site issues
- Attend client meetings and take minutes
- Coordinate with consultants
- Ensure high quality work while meeting program deadlines

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Masters and/or Bachelor of Architecture qualification
- Strong Revit proficiency
- A sound understanding of BCA, CDC and local council regulations
- Enjoys working on technically challenging projects
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
