**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**:

- Based at Werribee Mercy Hospital and reporting to the Director Operational Change, the Operational Change Analyst will support the change management initiatives across Werribee Mercy Hospital.
- Werribee Mercy Hospital is in one of the fastest growing corridors in the state and this exciting new role is a reflection of the growing change agenda and commitment to supporting our people through change.
- The Operational Change Analyst will work to drive the adoption of our major campus projects with the changes in processes or systems that affect our people.
- Working on a large program of work, this Change Analyst will champion and be familiar with contemporary and innovative approaches to change. They will ensure all desired outcomes are achieved and that the business stakeholders are ready for the change.

- We are seeking an innovative individual to join our team. You must have excellent communication skills and will have previously demonstrated the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- You’ll be dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment where you’ll find diversity, meaning and a professional challenge.
- You will also have;
- Graduate qualification (or working towards) in health services, change management (i.e PROSCI), business administration, management, or equivalent
- Experience within a large, complex healthcare or other relevant organisation as a Change Analyst
- Proven record of success, leadership and administration in a change management environment

Our services include surgical, medical, maternity, newborn, renal dialysis, emergency, mental health, rehabilitation, aged and palliative care. The hospital has recently undergone significant expansion with the opening or our new intensive care unit, additional operating theatres and the opening of two new wards, taking the total number of beds to 298.
