**About the Role**:As a **Finance Banking Officer**, you’ll play a key role in managing banking administration and account reconciliations. You’ll work closely with both our store network and finance teams, helping ensure accurate processes and timely support.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Master the Money Trail**: Complete accurate and timely bank reconciliations to keep our financials in check.
- ** Be the Go-To Support**: Respond to and resolve banking admin enquiries from our store teams with professionalism and care.
- ** Customer Champion**: Handle customer queries quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth experience every time.
- ** Numbers Navigator**: Support reporting and reconciliations to keep our financials on track.
- ** Set Up for Success**: Help ensure new store setups run smoothly, with all banking processes ready to go.
- ** Fix What Doesn’t Add Up**: Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.

**What You’ll Bring**
- ** Experience with Purpose**: Background in reconciliations or admin support that sets you up for success.
