
Receptionist in Audiology Clinic

**Exact Hearing Services** is currently looking for a receptionist with prior experience in the hearing industry.
We are a busy, modern, diagnostic clinic providing hearing services for all ages in a friendly and caring atmosphere in Western Sydney.
The position offered is 4-5 days a week from 8:30 am till 4:30 pm.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Attending to the reception and all administration duties
- Providing an excellent customer service to clients
- Booking and managing appointments
- Preparing clinical files, filing, administrative support for the audiologists
- Entering and updating client information, issue invoices and taking payments
- Maintaining, ordering and receiving stock
- Minor hearing aid assistance, face-to-face and over the phone
- Liaising with GPs, Medicare, OHS, NDIS, Workcover
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinic during the week
**The skills we are looking for**:
- Must have previous experience in the hearing industry.
- Friendly, supporting and welcoming manner with patients
- Ability to work with high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Clear verbal communication
- Passion for helping people
