**Pay Rate**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

**About the Role**

We are urgently seeking **compassionate and reliable support workers** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be delivering in-home and community-based supports tailored to each client's physical, emotional, and social needs. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to live meaningfully and achieve their personal goals.

You will also play a key role in building rapport and providing consistent, trauma-informed, and person-centred support across daily routines and community activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering **personal care and daily living assistance** (including high-intensity needs)
- Supporting clients with **mental health and psychosocial recovery goals**:

- Promoting **community participation** and social inclusion
- Assisting with **meal preparation, domestic duties**, and hygiene
- Administering medication in line with care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting incidents where required
- Providing **positive behaviour support** and emotional encouragement
- Collaborating with clients, families, and allied agencies

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in disability, mental health, aged care, or community services
- Lived experience or multilingual skills are highly regarded

✔ **Requirements (mandatory)**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WA Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Smartphone and ability to use support apps

✔ **Desirable Qualifications**:

- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or related field
- Medication administration training or high-intensity support modules

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
