**Description**

EasySend is a no-code platform for building and optimising digital customer journeys. EasySend transforms paperwork-based processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into customer engagement and revenue growth opportunities.

We are looking for a highly motivated, resilientDigital Transformation Manager, to join our team

As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Planning As-Is and To-Be processes and operating models.
- Providing recommendations for solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working with insurance companies, insurance brokers, credit unions, banking, and financial institutions to formulate and document their business requirements.
- Gather, identify and analyse requirements from any cloud-based CRM Product Owners including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and Guidewire that span from tactical process improvements to new full feature implementations.
- Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour including partial or full digital transformation, proposing API Integrations and RPA’s to improve efficiency and optimise business practices.
- Identify and interview stakeholders and decision makers to capture functional and non-functional solution requirements.
- Propose, challenge, influence and complete system improvements to support business processes.
- Suggesting solution proposals for different audiences such as project and delivery teams and showcasing an improved process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a previous similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Stakeholder skills will be essential. You'll be liaising with stakeholders at all levels, so the ability to engage with them is the key.
- Demonstrated experience working with the Salesforce CRM.
- The ability to analyse and identify future opportunities, business needs and provide recommendations.
- Experience in insurance and financial service field
- Methodological and organized.
- Salary range AU$70,000 to AU$90,000

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney N, SW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
