About the role (and team)
The SBES (Sustainable Business Energy Solutions) team at AGL is responsible for establishing and sustaining a market leading position across a range of “behind the meter” technologies including solar energy and energy storage services for the business sector in Australia.
This role includes, co-ordinating with customers and SBES contractors for agreed site attendance times ensuring correct customer and SBES induction processes are followed and safety documentation is retained on file. The role also encompasses raising service cases, contractor inspection requests (on Procore system) and purchase orders, as well as raising customer quotes and sales orders, following up vendors for warranty claims.
The role will be responsible to ensure all O&M costs are accurately recorded by project and revenue’s owed by customers or vendors (warranty claims) are recovered in a timely manner, based on sales orders raised.
Key accountabilities of this role- Responsible for supporting Maintenance Manager and O&M Co-ordinator to ensure adhoc and planned service work are scheduled in a safe and timely manner.- Responsible for correct allocation of O&M project costs and revenues by:
- Raising Purchase orders for contractors and vendors against correct service cases.- Assist in quoting and invoicing customers and vendors (warranty claims) as required- Arrange inductions and safety documentation for contractors with prior customer access permissions for any onsite service work.- Responsible for supporting Customer Experience Consultant to take over-flow of in-bound customer inquiries and raising service cases in Netsuite ERP system.
Experience required- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the energy industry.- Highly organized and experienced in using ERP systems.- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) including billing engines will be highly regarded.- Strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus and management of third-party contractors will be essential.- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn- A passion for renewable energy
