**Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG welding on various types of sheet metal materials
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate welding specifications
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a sheet metal fabrication environment
- Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
