We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.

**THE ROLE**

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects, and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.

**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable properties.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both on-site and virtually, to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our residential properties.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.

**To be successful for this role you'll need**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or home building industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work 5 days including weekends - Thursday to Monday**Perks of working with CPG**
