The Barista reports to the MyChoice Studio Manager and is part of the Brighton Homes MyChoice Design Studio team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be responsible for the Café, greeting all customers and providing exceptional customer service. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with customers prior to their appointments to take their catering orders and ensure their experience on the day is seamless
- Liaising with catering suppliers
- Preparation and service of beverages including operation of the coffee machine
- Operating the point of sales register and balancing all cash and electronic transactions for the day
- Managing and maintaining the café area including general cleaning, monitoring inventory, ordering items and restocking
- Coordinating and managing inventory control, ordering items, baking, updating signage and offering morning and afternoon tea to clients and staff
- Organising of coffee van servicing and coffee machine servicing
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, suppliers and Interior Design Consultants
- The availability to attend business related events and sites as required

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm with an ability to create a fun and friendly atmosphere

You will hold a valid driver’s licence and be available for scheduled events.
