**Key Duties**
- In collaboration with the catering management team, supervision of the catering operations ensuring compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures and legislative requirements
- High level focus on food safety and infection control through implementation and monitoring of relevant safety and hygiene procedures and practices
- Monitor food quality and service with particular focus on the Mental Health Centre
- Manage the catering roster including shift coverage and accurate payroll data entry
- Effectively communicate and liaise with multiple client stakeholders
- Maintain strong focus on patient/customer satisfaction
- Monitor stock and waste control processes
- Facilitate on the job staff training where required

**The Person**
- Previous experience in a catering supervisory role
- Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery qualification and willingness to undertake cooking duties when required
- Established positive and proactive people management skills
- Solution focused outlook with a keen eye for detail
- Well-developed accurate and professional administrative skills
- Large team rostering experience
- Experience in internal and external healthcare centered auditing processes
- Monday - Friday position (38 hours) requiring availability to work until 6pm each day
