**Location**:Guildford, WA, AU
- As a Business Improvement Adviser, you'll report to the Operations Area Manager - SE&I and lead continuous improvement initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders. Using Lean principles, you'll ensure the effective identification, documentation, and implementation of process improvement projects.

**Roster**: Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**What you’ll do**:

- Live the Values: Lead by example through your actions, behaviours, and decisions.
- Process Improvement Project Management: Drive and manage improvement projects.
- Champion Continuous Improvement (CI): Promote the use of CI within the operational areas and support, coach and mentor CI champions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing business success
- Ensure improvement progress and outcomes are communicated to all levels
- Collaborate and define best practices and procedures
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform RCA for any quality issues or process slippage

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong business acumen with an understanding of business process fundamentals
- Excellent demonstrated communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with all stakeholders of various levels
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
- Lean process exposure
- Demonstrated experience in the identification of and actioning of improvement initiatives
- Previous experience we find successful in the role:

- Trade Qualifications - highly desirable
- Experience working in a large organisation
- Experience within a Project Management or Business Improvement role
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
