
Paralegal (In-house Coordinator) - Store Support

Reporting into the General Manager - Property who has a legal background, this role supports all our functional internal teams and manages the relationships with our external legal representatives. The principal responsibilities are administration, organisation and communication around legal matters for the Business, chiefly in the following areas:
- Contract Management
- Public Liability
- Data privacy
- Consumer law compliance
**Core Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience of the following:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, Coordinator or Paralegal.
- Excellent Administration skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building business partnering relationships in a ‘fast paced’, dynamic environment.
- Generating and updating weekly reports.
- Competent presentation skills.
