About the Position
The Team Leader Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leads a high performing team of the diversity, equity and inclusion portfolios. The role plays a strong part in developing and fostering community partnerships both with the Monash community and key stakeholders and delivering innovative programs that respond to the diversity, equity & inclusion needs of the Monash community.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification in social sciences, public policy, health promotion or public health with demonstrated skill and work experience in developing social policy, research, analysis and social planning.
Extensive and diverse project management experience within a community development field or a related social science field.
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated flexible, facilitative approach to community consultation, engagement, and conflict resolution.
Experience in the management of staff
