Parco Ramen Moonee Ponds is looking to hire a professional Front of House staff to join our team

Parco Ramen is a cozy spot known for authentic ramen Japanese cuisine, and we're looking for a dedicated team player to join our small but passionate team

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers with a warm smile
- Explain specials and upsell products
- Take orders and assist with menu selections
- Ensure a clean and welcoming dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Smooth communication with the team

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in front of house roles
- Management experience is essential
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Must speak good English)
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Must be available to work weekends
- Motivated and ready to contribute to our team's success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.99 - $39.47 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
