- ABOUT THE POSITION:_
- Our Souls are not pushy and do not foster aggressive selling techniques - more important than ‘forcing a sale’ is the experience our clients have. With the support of their management, our Souls are required to offer genuine and thoughtful customer service, while remaining compliant with the company processes and policies and fostering the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences._

**_ Role Responsibilites_**:

- _Ensuring a welcoming environment for the client in the store_
- _ Sharing with the client your knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients_
- _ Lab Technician - fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the creations with care._
- _ Building client database by gathering client information._
- _ Following all operational best practice including adherence to compliance and POS training guidelines._
