**08th May, 2025**:
**About the Role**
Are you a natural people person with a knack for building relationships and keeping things organised and running smoothly?

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our workplace is both efficient and welcoming for everyone. You don’t need to come from an HR background; a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people succeed are what really count.
Whether it’s assisting with recruitment, onboarding new team members, coordinating rosters and training, or supporting employee engagement initiatives, you’ll work closely with leaders and other members of the Workforce team to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment—one that reflects our values of courtesy and kindness.
In return, you’ll join a fantastic team in a supportive workplace that makes a real positive impact in the lives of the older people in our care.
**Working Arrangements**_ Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work, we encourage you to apply. While the role involves working across our locations in Croydon Park, St Peters, and Christie Downs, we offer flexible working arrangements—including negotiable start and finish times, school hour adjustments, and remote work options._
