**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented **Material Handler** to join our team at Horsley Park, NSW.

This is a **full-time, permanent position**, reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader. You'll be responsible for the safe movement and reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring smooth production flow and accurate inventory management.

Your work pattern will include:

- 84 hours per fortnight
- Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- 7 shifts per fortnight, following a cycle:
- 2 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 3 days off
- Rotation between day and night shifts weekly

**Key Responsibilities**
- Stage raw materials for production work orders.
- Return raw materials to warehouse locations at the end of production runs.
- Complete work order reconciliations and Oracle data entries.
- Liaise with production teams on close-outs and material usage.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Manage non-conforming raw materials and finished goods.
- Operate forklifts safely in line with WHS standards.
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and all quality and food safety requirements.

**What You'll Bring**
- A current forklift licence (essential, 3+ years' experience preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in an inventory or material handling role.
- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment, ideally FMCG.
- Strong ERP/WMS system knowledge (SAP/Oracle experience desirable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
