**Tecside **is a specialist hire company seeking Heavy Plant Machine Operators to join our clients based in Erskine Park.

Our client's landfill provides the highest standard of solid waste management. This landfill accepts general waste and low level contaminated soils from local construction businesses in Sydney and western suburbs.

**Duties**:

- Prestart plant and equipment checks
- Operate heavy industrial moving equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Clean and maintain designated work areas.
- Assist customers by directing them to the relevant areas to dispose of waste
- Prepare plant and machinery work areas and assist operators as required
- Assist in other areas of site as required

**To be successful for this role, you must have the following**:

- Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
- **Experience using heavy earth moving equipment - Front Loaders, Excavators, Material Handlers (essential)**:

- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks
- Commitment to safety
- Self-motivated
- Sound communication skills
