We have an Arm of Business named Westside Trading or Building Dynamix. that deals with Balustrade, Pool Fencing, Gates, External Fencing, Balcony fencing, Designer Gates and other Light Metal Trades.

This Business is essential for Aliview's growth and we are now looking at a Metal Trades Expert who may wish to move into an Office role and Build the Business.

Reporting to the Business Head, this role will have a team of 2, who will support the Sales Manager in designing, quotations, site management, project management etc.

The role is a senior role in the company and will be responsible to build and create revenue and manage customers / site requirements.

Key Requirements:

- 7 - 10 years of Light Metal Trades Experience
- Project Management Experience
- End to End Project Execution
- Technical Sales Ability
- Designing and Drawing experience
- Customer Management Experience
- Sales & Leadership
- Team and People Management Skills
- Financial Accumen

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
