**Job Description**:
This role primarily exists to provide a secondary support to the Head of People in all aspects of generalist people related activities. The People Partner is responsible for providing generalist HR advice, service and operational support to multiple portfolios and business unit functions at illion ensuring alignment with organisational policies and procedures and HR best practice. This position will also help to evolve and drive business culture change.

**Business Partnering**
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to enable a proactive and efficient HR service
- Assist, advise and coach line managers on the following areas, with escalation to the Head of People where required.
- Employment Lifecycle
- Performance and Development Planning Process
- Culture & engagement
- Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Work closely with the Talent & Capability team to drive a learning culture and support internal mobility conversations.
- Contribute to the P&C strategy and support P&C engagement initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required.

**Administration**
- Management of all administrative actions required pertaining to resignations, employment contracts, letters and other ad hoc correspondence
- Ensure Leaders follow the induction process for new team members (appraisals, probation period reminders.
- Providing support to the Head of People for monthly company-wide reporting requirements
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests

**Qualifications**:

- Several years of experience in a similar People Partner or Business Partner role
- Experience driving culture change and supporting leaders through business change
- Proven track record working in a values centric organisation
- Strong relationship building skills with a customer focused mindset
