About the role As a People Partner, you'll support senior leaders and teams to bring out the best in their people—delivering expert advice and people solutions that drive engagement, performance and strategic growth.
We currently have two opportunities, one permanent and one max term contract.
In this role you will: Partner with business leaders to align people practices with strategic goals Use HR data and insights to identify trends and tailor solutions across performance, retention, and development Coach and build leader capability in organisational design, change, and culture Provide trusted guidance on employee relations and employment legislation Ensure appropriate resolution of workplace grievances in line with policies, legislation, and best practice Facilitate performance, engagement and talent processes including succession planning and salary reviews Collaborate with the broader People team to deliver impactful projects and continuous improvements Drive action on diversity, equity and inclusion through data and practical initiatives Support the wider People team during the AO and other tennis tournaments and events as required About you To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in a HR Business Partner or similar advisory role, ideally in a complex or fast-paced environment Strong understanding of ER legislation and experience managing complex ER matters successfully Be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels Enjoy solving complex people challenges with both strategic thinking and practical execution Be data-informed and outcomes-focused, with a commitment to equity and inclusion Experience with an HCM system (Workday preferable but not essential)What's to love?Career development with a range of formal education and on-the-job training opportunities Tickets to the Australian Open plus Superbox tickets to events at Rod Laver & Melbourne Arena Monthly health & wellbeing activities with access to Core Plus Pilates Onsite gym, tennis facilities & free onsite car parking Salary packaging & a range of discounts from our sponsorship partners Attractive leave benefits – with up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave for all primary caregivers and Sorry Business and Ceremonial Leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees We are proud to be recognised as an employer of choice for women by WORK180 To Apply If you think you're up to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you Please submit your resume and cover letter via our online application system.
