**The Opportunity**

Join Liebherr Australia as an apprentice Mechanical Fitter so you can earn while you learn

You will undertake a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology gaining hands-on experience and mentoring from our highly skilled professionals. This 4-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Mechanical Fitter.

Our Apprenticeship Program offers comprehensive training and on-going support, empowering you to reveal and discover your full potential.

- Location: Redcliffe, WA facility with free parking

**What you will learn as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter**:

- Inspect plant and equipment for conformity with established standards
- Request required spare parts
- Operate workshop equipment including mobile lifting equipment
- Diagnose faults, repair, maintain and overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Diagnose and rectify minor electrical faults
- Repair damaged or faulty parts by machining & welding or fabricating new parts
- Lubricate plant and equipment
- Running adjustments to mechanical equipment
- Other duties as directed

**About you**:

- Passion for learning new things, enthusiasm, sense of pride, high attention to detail
- Positive attitude, problem solver and a high commitment to safety
- Driver’s License and access to transport to and from the facility by January 2026
- Completed year 11 before January 2026
- Full working rights in Australia
- Certificate II or pre-apprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
