**Your Responsibilities**:

- Attend service calls for consumer appliances as per the daily run sheet.
- Accurately document appliance repair information and parts usage.
- Offer complete technical support to customers and service agents on-site as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent personal presentation.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
