As we continue to expand nationally, we’re looking for a strategic and commercially sharp **Group Procurement Manager** to take ownership of our procurement function and deliver best-in-market supply chain outcomes across all brands.

**The Role**
Reporting to the CCO, you will lead procurement activities across food, beverage, consumables, utilities, and services. You’ll be responsible for optimising supplier partnerships, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring our procurement systems support both operational excellence and innovation. Along with your team, you’ll influence strategy, oversee menu development alignment, and play a key role in enabling national growth.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead negotiations, contracts, tenders, and RFPs to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Analyse pricing, margins, and trends to drive efficiency and risk management.
- Partner with operations and culinary teams on menu development and category reviews.
- Oversee procurement systems, compliance, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and consistency.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Extensive procurement expertise, ideally gained in hospitality, FMCG, or retail environments.
- Proven ability to deliver cost savings and margin improvement at scale.
- Strong contract negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing procurement systems and ERP platforms.
- Leadership skills to guide and develop a high-performing team.
- A balance of strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability.
