The role The procurement team play a key strategic role in delivering the best value for Crown. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver essential goods and services for the business, to help us create joyful experiences for our guests.

**The Role**

We have an opportunity for a Procurement Specialist - On a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. to join our team. In this role you will partner with our Hotel, Food & Beverage and Events teams with sourcing and expediating activities. you will be responsible for;
- Identify and provide products and/or suppliers to assist in improving profit margins, considering total cost of business, without compromising product quality or service.
- Seek out cost saving opportunities and support with ad-hoc product sourcing.
- Support Strategic Sourcing activities and Contract Negotiations.
- Follow up on non-delivered goods with suppliers/customers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

**About you**

We are looking for a passionate Procurement Specialist who can bring their diverse experience of sourcing activities and add value to the team. You will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage various stakeholders. You will also have;
- Thorough understanding of sourcing process, contracts and procurement operations
- Demonstrated experience working within fast-paced, operational environments. Previous experience in Supply Chain, Hospitality or FMCG.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities, working at a property and group-based level
- Excellent communication and presentation, as well as strong negotiating and influencing ability
- Genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute within the Crown Procurement team
