**Your next role**:
We have a newly created role for an experienced Workforce Planner to join our Operations Team and work closely with our Client Service Centre team and Service Delivery functions to help with:

- Accurate rostering
- Short-term and long-term forecasting, ensure strategic goals are met
- Workforce scheduling across dynamic business
- Reporting operations performance, metrics and best practice
- Provide workforce management planning and real-time monitoring for work peaks
- Continuous improvement with the team (recruitment, capability, retention)

As this is a brand-new role, you will have the opportunity to shape the role your way.

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Experience in using Calabrio One or similar WFP tools and models
- Experience in workforce scheduling and forecasting in a multifaceted and dynamic organisation
- High level of analytical skills to analyse performance gaps and provide strategy ideas to meet all service level agreements
- Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations
- Experience and knowledge of Call Centre Operations within a multi-site environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize task(s) in a high volume, high-stress environment
- Ability to be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with good follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to work fluidly with people at a variety of levels internally and externally
- Proficiency with scheduling software and/or Cisco Supervisor preferred
- Knowledge of a SQL is a plus
