**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a 12-month contract role as Business Applications Technical Specialist. As a Technical Specialist, you will be a key player in the pre-sales process with our customers. You will be a trusted advisor to customers, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in the pre-sales community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others.

- Use your storytelling skills to explain how our solutions will solve our customer's problems and the value our solutions provide in a way that our customers can relate to.
- Work with our customers to understand their challenges and needs and the value in solving them

- Collaborate with teams across Microsoft bringing the full potential of Microsoft to deliver an amazing solution to our customers
**Qualifications**:
To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilisation of Microsoft products, you will have:
- Organizational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling
- Experience with Contact Centre/VoIP/Telephony solutions would be a major advantage
- Experience engaging with executives
- Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer focused.
- Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit
