Overview

To support continued business growth, we're introducing two newly created roles that will play a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional quoting experience for our partners.

Responsibilities include responding to technical enquiries, generating accurate quotes, and supporting the sales process with precision and care. We're looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-first mindset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical foundation who is eager to build a career in presales, channel support, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical enquiries
  • Generate accurate quotes
  • Support the sales process with precision and care
Qualifications and Ideal Candidate
  • Hardworking, self-driven
  • A solid technical foundation and a genuine interest in learning and growing
  • Comfortable with margin and uplift calculations
  • Quick to take initiative and act with urgency
  • Great at building rapport both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Detail-oriented with strong admin skills and solid time management
  • Familiar with SAP (a definite advantage) and confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of presales experience
  • Exposure to configuration tools
  • Industry-recognised certifications
