**THE ROLE**

The Origin Zero business unit is responsible for supporting organisations to deliver on their sustainability objectives through products and services including solar, home products and other emerging energy solutions and services including Electric Vehicles.

The Business Development Lead, E-Mobility salary packaging will be dedicated to generating new business through the adoption of Origin’s e-mobility salary packaging solutions amongst business customers.

This role will also be responsible for:

- Champion salary packaging solutions to businesses including:

- Identifying target customers, developing pitches, and closing deals primarily to business customers, HR/P&C managers and senior managers
- Developing and managing a sales pipeline to drive the uptake of salary packaging products.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process from origination to execution of agreement
- Be the Origin advocate to the customer by educating businesses about Origin salary packaging solutions
- Be the expert and trusted advisor when it comes to understanding Origin’s suite of salary packaging products
- Champion e-mobility salary packaging solutions within Origin sales channels to drive mobility sales
- Position Origin’s salary packaging solutions as a leading offer amongst employee benefit options

**IS THIS YOU?**

You will have:

- Business development experience within salary packaging/ employee benefit segments
- Strong capability in building relationships and new business development
- Good understanding of salary packaging dynamics
- Experience with customer engagement systems, technology and processes
- Written communication abilities (reports, briefs, presentations, investment proposals, external communications)
- Passionate about delighting the customer
- Understanding of financial principles, including (P&L’s, ROI and NPV’s) to explain how solutions can add value to the customer’s business.
