**Your role**:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our Trade team. In this role, you will need to understand the activities, project pipeline, and future business direction of commercial painters in your territory. You will also identify opportunities in commercial repaint and new construction projects. Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with Trade Sales, Stores, Agents, Trade applicators, builders, developers, and architects to generate specifications, drive revenue, and promote the value of DuluxGroup products. This role will manage all of ACT.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in the decorative coatings industry.
- Focus on both maintaining existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and profitably grow the customer base in the ACT, by providing outstanding customer service in line with the overall Dulux Trade Sales Strategy, National and State.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of customer-specific solutions.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in managing and growing national accounts, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic skills with a focus on achieving long-term business growth.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges and evolving business directions.
