**About the role**:
Due to the expansion of our clinics, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the 'Client Support Manager'.
Comprehensive onboarding, supervision and support will be provided.
Your responsibilities include:
- All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
- Coaching the Client Support Assistant who you will work alongside closely
- Handling any client concerns & complaints
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing bookings and cancellations
- Document management
- Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
- Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
