**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team to implement the Performance Marketing & ecommerce efforts of Lotte Oceania.

**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:

- Drive campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics
- Support overall marketing strategy with digital strategy (SEO/SEM, paid media)
- Social Media content creation & curation is not required but skills in this function is a benefit
- Constantly optimize digital marketing activities to improve ROI (CTR, conversion rates)
- Allocate budgets & analyse/recommend modifications to ad spends
- Collaborate with marketing team to guide A/B creative tests, incremental tests, & spend scaling tests on campaigns online to identify what works
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize CPA and efficiently scale new customers
- Manage our external digital agency
- Oversee the formulation and implementation of digital marketing and media campaigns including SEO, SEM, Display, and Social
- Manage LDF websites (eg. Updating images, uploading stock information)
- Manage Lotte Loyalty Program - CRM inputs and data management, sending EDMs
- Development of location based marketing activities that integrate and support our airport partners
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on initiatives - always tracking KPIs
- Provide inspiration and analyses as part of reporting process

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Achievement of key performance metrics for all digital activations and ecommerce initiatives
- Achievement of customer conversion rates, SEO/SEM targets, loyalty program acquisition targets & retention rates
- Budget maintenance and control of marketing costs

**WHO ARE YOU?**

**_ Essential_**
- Proven ability to operate on-the-tools (Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, website navigation)
- Ability to interpret and present key findings to the broader business (presentation skills and preparation of documents that can show-and-tell)
- Experience in successfully designing, planning, implementing and evaluating performance marketing campaigns
- Experience in SEO/SEM optimization
- Ability to interpret conceptual ideas in order to oversee the appropriate marketing solutions
- Strong experience in all digital channels including on-line, social and mobile
- Proven project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set timeframes and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to be innovative
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail & desire to learn on the job
- Proven negotiation experience
- Must have a strong sense of urgency & excellent organizational skills
- Aspires to work in a fast-paced, super agile, high-performance and creative marketing team

**_ Desirable_**
- Marketing experience within retail operations
- Tertiary education within Marketing & Communications / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
