FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.

**What you will do**

As the clinical manager of the new young adult offender unit, you will **lead and supervise the clinical team**, overseeing all treatment programs and ensuring a **therapeutic environment** for the residents.

You will also:

- Develop and implement **individualised treatment plans** for residents, considering their specific needs and risks.
- Work with other staff to ensure a **coordinated approach** to resident care.
- Track the team's performance and look for ways to **improve services**.
- **Advise management** on clinical matters and contribute to policy development.

**Eligibility**

You must be registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or hold a relevant qualification and have commensurate experience overseeing the delivery of therapeutic or clinical services.
