**Job Title**: Practice Coordinator

**Reports To**: Clinic Manager/Regional Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Management**:

- Oversee patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups across multiple clinics.
- Manage patient inquiries and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of patient records, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- **Administrative Operations**:

- Supervise front desk staff, ensuring seamless communication and administrative efficiency.
- Oversee billing processes, including Medicare claims and private billing procedures.
- Manage clinic inventory and procurement of medical supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels.
- **Staff Coordination**:

- Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and leave management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives.
- Assist with staff performance evaluations and professional development programs.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure the clinics maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong understanding of Medicare billing, healthcare administration, and clinic management.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $51,999.74 - $122,138.40 per year
