**About the role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you’ll create engaging learning and development programs that cater to the needs of all individuals in our diverse and multicultural workplace. You’ll also implement efficient record management systems and deliver critical metrics that will drive the business forward and advancing L&D.

You’ll join a diverse and amazing team that recognises everyone’s abilities and a culture that inspires growth and development.

**About you and your skills**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You’ll have a comprehensive understanding of learning and adult learning principles
- Certificate (or equivalent) in L&D / OD or related discipline (preferred)
- Certificate or higher qualifications in HR or related discipline (preferred)
- You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where you can manage and influence stakeholders
