**Position Overview**:
Our client seeking an analytical and proactive IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our ERP system and ensuring seamless integration across various departments. In addition to being a SME on the Dynamics integration you will also provide general IT system and infrastructure support for the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide infrastructure and general IT support to the office.
- Identify ERP needs through consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
- Evaluate the existing ERP setup and recommend system improvements.
- Develop and configure customized ERP solutions.
- Deploy ERP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
- Provide ERP end-user training and technical support.
- Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates.
- Manage external vendors and developers enhancing the ERP platform and integrated apps.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of changes and updates to the platform.
- Stay informed about the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.

**Education and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is essential.
- Experience with native reporting and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Supply, Finance, and CSR functions.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and project management toolsets.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn best practices in Business Applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capable of troubleshooting end-users' general IT issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree minimum.

Familiarity with web design and development principles is advantageous, along with strong analytical skills and business acumen. Effective communication is a priority for you, understanding the significance of delivering information in an educational manner.
