**About The Role**
We are now looking to extend our leadership team and welcome an inclusive driven, supportive motivator as our new Curriculum Mentor. This newly created role will be reporting to an inspirational Head of Operations.
This is a hands-on role and will require experience, knowledge, and dedication to drive the development of Thrive’s curriculum-based initiatives each and every day.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Work with the centre leadership teams and educators to facilitate the implementation of Thrive’s Curriculum and to lead pedagogy and practice in centres.
- Support and manage the performance of Educational Leaders and educators and compliance with relevant regulations including Quality Area 1 and 7.
- Support the induction of new Teachers and Educational Leaders, guiding them and making them feel heard within the organisation.
- Monitor and support Teacher Accreditation and adherence to the ‘Australian professional standards for teachers.
- Build and deliver training to those in leadership roles, teachers, and educators.

**Essential Criteria**:
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills; know when to scaffold and when to step back.
- The ability to positively lead, engage and inspire others.
- Significant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educational Leader.
- Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent.
- NESA Teacher Accreditation (proficient level or higher).
- Experience and knowledge of the NESA Accreditation process - NESA Accreditation Supervisor training will be highly regarded, or you will have a willingness to undertake this as a requirement of the role.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all key stakeholders.
