A scale-up EV charging management software company is expanding and looking for a Sales Representative to further drive sales of their software, as well as hardware and turnkey solutions. Their software is cloud-based, hardware agnostic and enables customers to monitor, manage and monetize their EV charging network.

They have been experiencing year-on-year sales growth of 300% since 2021, driven largely by the CEO, and a dedicated Sales Representative is required to continue that growth. The Sales Representative will develop leads and customer solutions, converting them to sales of both software and hardware. They will also provide account management and assist the project delivery team with accurate sales to operations handovers.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a technical or business qualification.
- Demonstrable solution sales experience, preferably in EV charging software or hardware.
- Strong hands-on experience in driving B2B sales to a variety of clients to maximise sales.
- Experience of building a target customer base and generating leads.
- A track record of delivering hands-on sales growth, meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Strong strategic sales capability and exceptional relationship management skills.
- An excellent communicator, at ease presenting across to customers, stakeholders and industry alike.
- Ability and willingness to travel when required and nation-wide occasionally.
- Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
