**About the Role**:
Do you want to utilise your experience in sales to provide a positive interactive experience for potential students wanting to enrol in the Diploma of Nursing? As an Enrolment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping students take the first step towards achieving their career goals. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate and coordinate the interview and enrolment of students into the Diploma of Nursing program, ensuring that they gain have a positive experience in the first step of their nursing journey.

This role is three days a week with the flexibility to work on days that suit you. In this role, you will work closely with potential students, educators, and management to identify and enrol students into the program. You will assist and advise prospective students, guiding them through the process of enrolling into the College. You will explain the admission process and review entry requirements with all prospective students.

**What you will be doing**:
To succeed in this role, you will have sales experience and excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the job market and career development. You should also be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and have a passion for helping students succeed.
- Inbound / outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their individual needs and future goals, and providing detailed course advice
- Communications via live chat from prospective students
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs around Enrolment Targets, Productivity, Conversion and Lead Management
- Maintain quality standards for enrolments: Right student - Right course
- Maintain a high level of written and verbal communication Maintain and manage a sales pipeline
