We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to take on a multi-faceted role as a PTE and ELICOS Trainer and Consultant. This position blends operational leadership, academic training, and strategic consulting to drive student success and institutional growth.
Position Overview

The PTE and ELICOS Trainer and Consultant will be responsible for overseeing daily campus operations, delivering high-quality language training, and providing and executing top notch strategies for business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
A proactive leader with strong organizational and management skills.

A passionate trainer dedicated to student success in PTE & ELICOS programs.

A strategic sales consultant who can develop and implement growth strategies including consulting new students and driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

PTE & ELICOS Training Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive ELICOS courses (General English, Academic English, IELTS, PTE etc.).
- Conduct PTE preparation classes, guiding students on exam techniques, strategies, and skills.
- Assess students’ English proficiency levels and create customized learning plans.
- Design and update teaching materials in line with PTE & ELICOS curriculum standards.
- Track student progress and provide academic counseling and support.
- Stay updated on exam format changes and best teaching methodologies.
- Consulting all potential leads from across social media channels of EnglishWise Global, booking in person appointments, consulting and eventually converting them into fee paying students.
- Online Coaching student consulting and student enrolments.
- Shooting testimonial videos with successful students, creating content videos and willing to be the face of the campus across EnglishWise Global social media and offline marketing.
- Oversee brand positioning and outreach efforts to attract international students.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements under CRICOS & ELICOS standards.
- Conduct internal audits and quality reviews to maintain high academic standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)--
- Growth in student enrollments & retention rates.

Operational efficiency & compliance with regulatory standards.

Student success in PTE & ELICOS programs (exam results, course completion rates).

Revenue growth & successful business expansion initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Management, TESOL, or related field.
- Certified PTE Trainer with strong expertise in teaching PTE preparation courses.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ELICOS teaching and campus management.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills to drive college growth.
- In-depth knowledge of CRICOS, ELICOS standards, and visa compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

- Experience in student recruitment, digital marketing, and business consulting.
- Ability to develop new academic programs in response to market needs.
- Previous experience in strategic planning & financial management.
