For over 40 years, Rylock Windows and Doors has been a custom manufacturer and trusted supplier of premium energy efficient product to the residential building industry. Recognised for our innovative designs, we offer a solutions-based consultative approach to servicing our clients, with all product designed and manufactured in Australia from predominantly locally sourced materials.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Designer to join our close-knit Team. The successful applicant would be responsible for static and mobile showroom designs, that would include managing the projects to completion, along with being responsible for other brand related design aspects.

**The Role**
- Design and layout of showrooms within the eastern States
- Preparing 2D & 3D drawings, and liaising with trades to cost and deliver project elements
- Overseeing the delivery of each project, to both a timeframe and budget
- Ensuring and upholding the brand identity and quality within all such work
- Motivated and enthusiastic to **take ownership** of projects and deliver them to a high standard
- Strong design flare, with the ability to communicate ideas verbally and through drawings
- Interest and understanding of building practices and methodologies, to effectively work with and manage trades, to deliver one’s designs, whilst needing to be **‘hands on’** at times

**Requirements**:

- A degree in **Industrial Design** or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, preferably Inventor, (otherwise Solidworks) Keyshot and MS Office
- Strong **‘attention to detail’**, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Analytical thinker, problem solver, with a desire for being **‘hands on’**:
