We are currently have a number of Payroll Officer positions available within one of Melbourne largest Health NFPS.
Duties are but not limited to:

- Processing of high-volume end-to-end payroll requirements for our fortnightly and weekly ad-hoc pay runs.
- Managing the full end to end payroll process
- Manual calculations of payroll (super/work cover/payroll tax etc).
- Importing, reviewing, and checking timesheet transactions once they are imported into our payroll system.
- Setting up new hires and the calculation and processing of termination payments, leave entitlements and other deductions.
- Provide timely, accurate payroll advice and support to employees and managers.

Desired Experience:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within payroll.
- Experience with high-volume processing
- Health Payroll experience
- CHRIS21 Experience
- Advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.
- Experience with working across multiple states/territories and interpretation of EBA's and Awards

Salary for the role $80,000 + Super + Salary sacrifice

This role will have 50% WFH Flex, has onsite parking as well and is based in the SE/E of Melbourne. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop within the organisation and we are looking for people who are wanting to build a career within this organisation.
