**About the role at IAG**

This is an exciting time to join IAG's Digital Business Division and inputting your knowledge and expertise to assist them with their Digital Transformation goal and vision.

This is a brand new role to support the Squad Lead and the Squad in developing a comprehensive delivery backlog and managing the work of a squad within an iteration through effective planning and help optimise the efficiency of the team to ensure that they are delivering to the business expectations and objectives.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
