Iteration Manager

As the Iteration Manager, you will act as a team enabler, working across multiple teams. You will help facilitate the team with agile rituals and support them with agile practices. You will work closely with the team to set up processes to help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

We build the platforms to deliver our digital content assets to our customers in all its forms, thereby enabling the business to monetise the content and generate revenue through online advertising, subscriptions, content licensing and new revenue streams. **What’s the role?**
- Support Platform Managers and their teams (Backend, Frontend, Test Engineers) with Delivery practices and Agile principles
- Work with Platform Managers and key business partners when planning and committing business change to ensure that the delivery teams can meet those commitments
- Assist Publishing Technology teams with sprint planning, interdependencies and removal of blockers
- Assist Publishing Technology teams to input and maintain key metric data within Jira for the purpose of analysis & team reporting to demonstrate how teams are improving and growing
- Proactively work with the Delivery Manager to identify opportunities to remove inefficiencies with a continual improvement mindset across the delivery workflow

**Who you are**
- 5 years in a similar role of a comparable scale
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
- Bachelor’s Level Degree in relevant discipline
- Iteration Manager or Scrum Master experience required
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Digital media industry experience desirable
- Proven track record of effective Project Delivery and strong stakeholder engagement
- Ideally supported organisations through periods of Agile transformation at an enterprise scale
- Experience supporting multiple squads using Agile practices and tools (Atlassian Suite)
- Customer centricity, with business acumen and exposure to various business functions and models
- Positive, pragmatic, and resilient - operating in an ever changing environment
