Star Phones is an exclusively growing mobile phone repair business with 30 stores based across Australia. Our company looks for people who can grow, think, and deliver in an environment with rapid growth and constant change. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Mobile Phone Technician.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and tablets
- Simple and complex repairs including parts (front camera, back cameras, charging ports and speakers) and as well as battery and screen replacements
- Trouble-shooting customer enquires/technical phone issues
- Provide training to junior phone technicians when required
- Maintain high standards whilst maximising productivity
- General housekeeping of repair area to ensure high standards are consistently maintained

We're looking for team players that have a strong achievement focus and deliver on team performance targets.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines with a good level of computer literacy
- Understands what excellence looks like and strives to achieve this
- Understand key drivers behind business change and support implementation
- Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and deliver excellent outcomes for the customer and business
- Identify process improvements and help to embed these within the immediate team
- Support immediate team and positively demonstrate company values and behaviours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gold Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
