**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Financial Adviser
- Intrafund** in our Advice and Guidance team, you will confidently provide tailored personal advice solutions to clients in relation to a limited range of financial issues to achieve better retirement outcomes.

You will provide personal advice on superannuation products and focus on strategies that bring together taxation, Centrelink, investments, and estate planning to assist clients across a range of issues including retirement planning, super optimisation, transitioning to retirement, pension setup and personal insurances.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Ensure superior client service by actively responding to and providing education, support, and advice to clients in assisting them to understand various aspects of their financial situation
- Ensure advice recommendations are technically correct and compliant, client needs, and objectives are met, and personal financial circumstances are considered

**About you**

You are passionate about delivering exceptional financial advice, have a deep understanding of the intrafund landscape, and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and client focused environment. You have up to date knowledge of tax, retirement, superannuation and investment related strategies, legislation, and compliance requirements.

Furthermore, your skills, experience and qualifications may include the following:

- Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register (FAR)
- Experience in the preparation of Statements of Advice, Records of Advice and letters of recommendation highly regarded
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure and maintain composure while balancing competing priorities
- Financial Planning/Business/Finance/Commerce or related bachelor’s degree or higher is highly desirable
