Maxima is seeking **Expressions of Interest** for upcoming roles with multiple positions in the Administration & Office Management area from October - February

Maxima is a not-for-profit, community-oriented organization supporting people in their pursuit of meaningful work. Over our proud 35-year history, Maxima has grown to support 70 communities across Australia with diverse employment and recruitment services. Last year we had a huge demand from our clients to fulfil various opportunities in many areas.

We would love to hear from all types of administration professionals, specifically those who have relevant experience in the following:

- Reception
- Administration
- Accounts
- Data entry
- Call Centre - Inbound & outbound

**Job/Task you may have to perform**:

- Provide efficient business support services in line with Branch Service Delivery Agreements.
- Exercise sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity in the performance of work.
- Ensure records associated with Branch activities are retained, accurate and current.
- Maintain an administration procedure manual and develop new procedures, as required.
- Deliver excellent frontline customer service that promotes Council systems and services.
- Prioritize tasks to successfully meet multiple competing timeframes in an environment of constant flux and change.
- Provide high quality data and records management services such as updating data, analyzing systems and retrieving archived material.
- Develop expertise in key service delivery areas and share your knowledge by training and coaching team and Branch colleagues.
- Support the delivery of onboarding activities for new staff to facilitate their smooth and successful integration.
