With projects located in both Sydney (M6 & SMW) and Melbourne (NEL) the opportunity to move between these two cities and potentially three projects is exciting. All three are ground engineering projects, within the civil works division. The VIE will be located initially in Sydney, NSW on large project sites and will work with our project and accounts team, to manage the administrative and management accounting (cost control) of the project along with the Project Manager. Thereafter, it is envisaged that the VIE will relocate to Melbourne, Victoria and there will work on a large project outside the heart of the city.

**Your missions will be**:
Managing the administrative load of the project (creating purchase orders, reconciling, approving payments, managing staff and worker timesheets, allocating costs for expenses incurred on the project, etc.
Calculation of accurate costs required for month-end financial reconciliation.
Calculation of profit or loss.
Analysis and explanation of variances and reporting to the project managers and the company's financial managers.

You have a master’s degree in cost controlling with previous internships in this field.

You have a high level proficiency in both written and spoken and you are able to discuss technical topic when required and liaise with English-speaking colleagues on a day to day basis (High TOEIC and/or TOEFL scores).

You enjoy working in a team and know how to adapt to new multicultural environments.

You are curious and analytical mind and have an excellent interpersonal skill.
